Popular YouTuber Arrested for Suspected DUI and Resisting Measurement

A prominent YouTuber with 1.65 million subscribers has been apprehended on suspicion of drunk driving and refusing a breathalyzer test.

The Songpa Police Station in Seoul reported on the 23rd that the man, identified as Mr. A, a man in his 30s, was arrested for violating the Road Traffic Act by refusing to undergo an alcohol measurement. Mr. A is accused of driving after consuming alcohol in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 21st. When police officers responded to a report of suspected drunk driving, he allegedly refused their request for an alcohol test and fled.

Authorities state that Mr. A abandoned his vehicle on the road and attempted to escape on foot for approximately 300 meters. Despite repeated demands from the police, he continued to refuse the alcohol measurement. The police are currently investigating the exact details of the incident and Mr. A's condition.
