This is a significantly faster pace compared to previous blockbuster films that surpassed the 10 million viewer mark.

The movie tells the story of Mansu (played by Lee Byung-hun), an office worker who faces sudden unemployment and embarks on his own battle for re-employment. The film's global appeal is further evidenced by its pre-sale to over 200 countries, exceeding its production costs through international sales. It also received rave reviews from international media following its premiere at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival's competition section.

With its record-breaking pre-sale performance, 'Unavoidable' is solidifying its status as the most talked-about film of 2025 and is set to premiere on the 24th.

In 'Unavoidable,' Lee Byung-hun portrays the protagonist Mansu, depicting a desperate struggle for re-employment after being laid off. He has previously solidified his reputation as a powerhouse actor through diverse roles in films like 'Masquerade' and 'Inside Men,' showcasing his extensive acting range. His synergy with director Park Chan-wook in this latest project is highly anticipated.
