Choi Hong-man Reveals He's Currently 'Something'-ing with Someone: '10 Dates, 1 Success!'

Former Ssireum wrestler Choi Hong-man has revealed that he is currently in the midst of a budding romance.

Appearing as a guest on the SBS variety show 'Shinbal Bogo Dolsingforman' (roughly translated as 'Take Off Your Shoes, Singles Four') on the 9th, along with Hyun Young, Lee Hyun-yi, and Shim Eu-ddeum, Choi Hong-man shared details about his love life.

He reminisced about his first love and first kiss, which happened during his university days when he was solely focused on athletics. Choi Hong-man playfully described his clumsy initial kissing experience, leading to laughter from the other cast members. When asked if he's gotten better, he confidently stated, "It's natural now."

Choi Hong-man also shared that he would adapt his eating habits for a girlfriend, earning him the nickname 'egen-nam' (a man who is very affectionate and accommodating). He expressed his strong aversion to eating live or 'gross' food.

Significantly, after discussing his ideal type on a recent YouTube appearance with Tak Jae-hoon, Choi Hong-man received around 10 approaches via social media and introductions through acquaintances. He confessed that he is currently 'something'-ing with one of these individuals. When questioned about his last kiss, he boldly replied, "Isn't it possible to kiss while seeing someone? I did recently."

Choi Hong-man debuted as a Ssireum wrestler in 2004 before transitioning to mixed martial arts, where his immense height and physique garnered significant attention.
