K-pop group AHOF has officially announced their fan club name, 'FOHA', a title born from fan participation and signifying a special bond between the group and their global fanbase.
The announcement was made during a live broadcast on the global fan community platform Weverse on the 9th. The fan club name selection process involved a global naming contest held from the 20th to the 25th of last month, drawing an overwhelming response from fans worldwide.
The chosen name, 'FOHA', is an anagram of the group's name 'AHOF' and carries the meaning of 'FOR', symbolizing the mutual affection and support between AHOF and their fans. The members expressed their joy at finally having a dedicated name for their supporters, stating, "We always called you 'everyone', but now we can finally call you by name." They further strengthened their connection with international fans by explaining the meaning of 'FOHA' in various languages, including Chinese, Tagalog, English, and Japanese.
Living up to their ambition of reaching the 'K-pop Hall of Fame', AHOF quickly earned the title of 'monster rookie' upon debut. Their first mini-album 'WHO WE ARE' ranked fifth in boy group debut album initial sales, and their title track 'Rendezvous' achieved three music show wins, marking a significant impact.
AHOF has recently expanded its connection with global fans through successful release events in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, and their first fan concert in the Philippines, which drew approximately 10,000 attendees, demonstrating their considerable popularity as newcomers.

AHOF is a nine-member boy group consisting of Steven, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Woong-ki, Zhang Shuai Bo, Park Han, J.L, Park Ju-won, Zuan, and Daisuke.
