Renowned composer Yoon Il-sang has offered a retrospective look at singer Yoo Seung-jun's past actions, including his controversial decision to evade military service, urging for a sincere apology.

In a recent video uploaded to his YouTube channel, 'Producer Yoon Il-sang,' the composer recalled Yoo Seung-jun's debut days and his overwhelmingly captivating performances. "When I worked on Yoo Seung-jun's debut song 'I Love You, Noona,' the title track was changed to 'Scissors' due to broadcast restrictions," Yoon explained. "On that stage, Yoo Seung-jun was dominant in his gaze, dance, and overall performance. His popularity at the time was comparable to G-Dragon today."

He further speculated that Yoo's heart might have been more inclined towards the United States than Korea. "Yoo Seung-jun aimed for West Coast rap and seemed to view Korea merely as a place for business. Ultimately, he likely considered America his true home, leading to his difficult-to-understand decision," Yoon suggested.

His most pointed observation concerned the act of apology. "If you fail to keep promises made in front of the public, you must apologize endlessly. Apologies must continue until the recipient accepts them, but Yoo Seung-jun seems to have not even begun a true apology," Yoon critically stated.

While emphasizing that he personally does not hate Yoo Seung-jun, Yoon firmly stated, "As entertainer Yoo Seung-jun, he clearly made a mistake. Anyone can err, but one's attitude afterward is crucial," highlighting the importance of responsibility and a sincere demeanor as an artist.

Yoon Il-sang is a prolific South Korean composer, songwriter, and producer known for creating numerous hit songs since the 1990s. He has been nicknamed the 'Hit Song Maker' for his consistent success in the music industry. His extensive discography includes iconic tracks for artists like Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Gun-mo, and Turbo.
