During the broadcast on the 12th, Kim Kang-woo revealed a kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup) that can be prepared in just three minutes, alongside a special oi-muchim (spicy cucumber salad) recipe passed down from his mother. The star attraction was his kongguksu, which utilized roasted soybeans and a secret ingredient of mayonnaise to enhance its nutty flavor, further elevated by using soymilk noodles for both taste and health benefits.
Displaying his thrifty side, Kim Kang-woo meticulously checked origins and prices at the supermarket while driving his beloved 13-year-old car, even offering insightful explanations for unfamiliar vegetables.
