During a VCR segment filmed at his family home, Kim Jae-joong learns a shocking truth from his parents: his father's business failure resulted in a debt exceeding 100 million won. Faced with this overwhelming burden and the responsibility of supporting a large family, Kim Jae-joong's mother took charge of their livelihood by opening a restaurant.

Remarkably, Kim Jae-joong's mother managed to repay the entire 100 million won debt in just about a year through her exceptional cooking skills alone. Her talent for dishes like jokbal (pig's trotters), sujebi (hand-pulled dough soup), and boribap (barley rice) gained immense popularity, especially among public officials in Gongju.
