Get ready for turbulence! TV CHOSUN's new weekend mini-series, 'Confidence Man KR,' set to premiere on September 6th, has released stills featuring Park Min-young and Jung Woong-in in a high-stakes, in-flight crisis, heightening anticipation.

'Confidence Man KR,' a Korean adaptation of a popular Japanese drama, centers on a trio of ingenious con artists as they exact revenge on societal villains in a captivating caper comedy. Directed by Nam Ki-hoon, known for his work on 'Casino' and 'Voice 3,' and penned by Hong Seung-hyun ('Criminal Minds') and Kim Da-hye, the series boasts a star-studded cast including Park Min-young, Park Hee-soon, and Jo Jong-hyuk, making it one of the most anticipated dramas of 2025.

The newly unveiled images depict Yoon-i-rang (Park Min-young), the brilliant leader of 'Team Confidence Man' who has transformed into a flight attendant, locked in a tense standoff with Jeon Tae-soo (Jung Woong-in), a legendary figure in the loan shark industry, over an open airplane door. Yoon-i-rang, usually composed, shows signs of panicked confusion, while Jeon Tae-soo roars with fury, setting a perilous scene fraught with uncertainty.

Park Min-young captivates with her dynamic facial expressions, skillfully navigating between elegance and comedic bewilderment to portray a multi-dimensional character. Jung Woong-in perfectly embodies the sharp-edged villain Jeon Tae-soo, instantly dominating the atmosphere with his presence. The production team commented, "The actors' exceptional expressiveness will elevate the drama's tension," urging viewers to anticipate their outstanding performances in 'Confidence Man KR,' which promises twists and turns.

'Confidence Man KR' will premiere simultaneously on TV CHOSUN and Coupang Play at 9:10 PM on Saturday, September 6th. It will also be available in 240 countries and regions worldwide, excluding Korea, via Amazon Prime Video.

Park Min-young, debuting in 2006, has established herself as a 'rom-com queen' through numerous successful dramas like 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim' and 'Love in Contract.' Her recent role in 'Marry My Husband' earned widespread acclaim for its dramatic transformation. In 'Confidence Man KR,' she is set to showcase a different facet of her acting prowess.
