Lee Re Opens Up About Her 'Fatherly' Bond with Senior Actor Han Suk-kyu

Actress Lee Re has revealed her growing affection and deep respect for veteran actor Han Suk-kyu.

Attending the production presentation for the upcoming tvN drama 'Project: Boss,' Lee Re plays the role of 'Lee Si-on,' an MZ delivery agent in the team led by Han Suk-kyu's character. Lee Re admitted to feeling nervous initially around the renowned senior actor, but Han Suk-kyu's efforts to foster comfortable communication quickly bridged the gap.

She further confessed that Han Suk-kyu has come to feel like a 'father' on set, expressing a desire to act childish and rely on him due to the immense comfort he provides. Han Suk-kyu responded warmly, noting that Lee Re's sincere questions indicate a developing connection between them. 'Project: Boss' is set to premiere on September 15th.

Born in 2006, Lee Re debuted as a child actress and has since honed her acting skills. She received the Best New Actress award at the 37th Golden Cinematography Awards for her role in the 2016 film 'A Stray Goat,' marking early recognition of her talent.
