Cho Hyo-ryun Updates on Park Mi-sun's Health, Urges Support

Comedian Cho Hyo-ryun has shared an update on her close friend Park Mi-sun, who has temporarily halted her activities due to health reasons, reassuring fans.

During a recent appearance on the YouTube channel 'Rolling Thunder's' 'New Woman,' Cho Hyo-ryun revealed details of her phone call with Park Mi-sun. "I spoke with Mi-sun unnie yesterday," Cho Hyo-ryun stated. "We originally planned to do 'New Woman' together with three of us, but it seems she watched it now that she has more time."

Cho Hyo-ryun also relayed Park Mi-sun's observations about the changes in fellow comedian Lee Kyung-sil. "Mi-sun unnie said Lee Kyung-sil unnie has changed," Cho Hyo-ryun explained. "Before, she was more intense and sharp, but now she's funny while also having a way of encompassing things." Lee Kyung-sil responded by explaining, "In the past, I had to set that concept to lead the show, which was difficult," and Cho Hyo-ryun added, "You were a bit sharp back then, too."

Furthermore, Cho Hyo-ryun mentioned Park Mi-sun's reaction to a clip of Lee Kyung-sil falling, saying, "She found it hilarious." Cho Hyo-ryun then emphasized the need for support, adding, "We need to give Mi-sun unnie a lot of energy. How well she's doing!" Park Mi-sun is currently taking a break from her career for health reasons. While a media outlet reported an early-stage breast cancer diagnosis and dedicated treatment, her agency stated that confirming the specific condition is difficult due to patient privacy but confirmed she is resting for health concerns.
