Singer Kim Hee-chul revealed his significantly improved appearance on the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' (hereinafter referred to as 'Miwoosae'), realizing the importance of exercise.

The episode aired on the 14th featured Kim Hee-chul showcasing his personally set-up home gym. Kim Jong-kook complimented his friend's revitalized looks, saying, "Your face has gotten better. Keep up the good work." Kim Hee-chul had previously lost 5kg for his 20th debut anniversary activities, reclaiming his peak visuals in his 40s.

Upon hearing about the home gym, Kim Jong-kook inquired, "I heard you installed a home gym?" Kim Hee-chul responded, "While the treadmill is important, strength training is truly crucial. You, hyung, are still so firm even approaching 50," expressing his agreement and the necessity of exercise. Kim Jong-kook chimed in, citing Kim Dong-hyun as an example, "Look at this guy. He works out consistently, and regardless of whether he's handsome or not, he's so firm," drawing laughter.

Kim Jong-kook advised, "At your age, strength training is definitely the answer." He also shared that he purchased and installed his own exercise equipment in his new home, mentioning, "I installed my own equipment at the shared gym," which surprised Kim Hee-chul.

When Kim Hee-chul remarked, "The residents must be so happy," Kim Jong-kook replied contentedly, "They thanked me. The elderly residents expressed their gratitude."

Kim Hee-chul, a member of the boy group Super Junior, debuted with striking visuals that garnered immense popularity from the start. Beyond his idol activities, he has actively participated in various variety shows as an MC, showcasing his witty humor.
