Actress Ra Mi-ran has amused fans by humorously discussing the 'side effects' she experienced after losing 13 kilograms (approximately 28.6 lbs).

In a video uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Jjanhan Hyung' on the 15th, Ra Mi-ran appeared as a guest and shared candid stories.

When asked about her husband's reaction to her weight loss, Ra Mi-ran laughed and replied, "He doesn't know yet." She added, "I've gained excessive confidence after losing weight. I think I've developed a sort of exhibitionism. I find myself wearing crop tops more often now, and I'm 51 years old!" This statement elicited peals of laughter.

"Objectively, I'm not extremely thin, but I feel slimmer myself. I even felt bold enough at a press conference to want to show off my abs," she shared, further elaborating on her 'exhibitionism.' "It's the result of my hard work, and my self-esteem has soared. I think these side effects are okay. I'm satisfied that I lost weight healthily."

Regarding the benefits of exercise, Ra Mi-ran stated, "My back pain has disappeared. I'm consistently doing Pilates." She continued, "At first, I hated looking in the mirror, but now I wear leggings out. This is also part of the exhibitionism," linking her attire to her newfound tendency, causing more laughter.

Meanwhile, her co-guest, actress Lee Sun-bin, commented, "I need to exercise too. But I dislike working out." She added with a chuckle, "I felt so betrayed. I thought Pilates would be a pretty form of exercise, but I ended up looking like a runaway slave (Chuno)." This explanation for her reluctance to exercise also drew laughter.

Ra Mi-ran was born in 1975, making her 49 years old this year. She debuted in the play 'Bongseonhwa' in 2000 and has since gained popularity for her distinctive acting in various productions. She is recognized as a 'trustworthy actress' for her ability to portray both comedic and serious roles.
