Choo Shin-soo Opens Up About 'Disappointment' Towards Wife Ha Won-mi on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'

Baseball star Choo Shin-soo has openly expressed his feelings of discontent towards his wife, Ha Won-mi.

Making a special guest appearance on the SBS reality show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny' on the 15th, Choo shared his candid thoughts.

He pointed out, "I understand her desire for YouTube and broadcast appearances, but does she really need to put me down to achieve it?" expressing his reservations.

When asked about home-cooked meals, Choo sighed, admitting with a chuckle, "She seems to pay more attention to feeding the kids than to me." He also shared a specific instance of disappointment regarding a lack of chicken drumsticks during a samgyetang meal.

Furthermore, Choo discussed his son's baseball pursuits, acknowledging the pressure of living under his father's shadow. He stated, "It's tough hearing 'How hard must it be to live as Choo Shin-soo's son?' but that's the reality. I believe he has to do even better. When it comes to my own child, I tend to be more critical."

Choo Shin-soo is a renowned South Korean professional baseball player who had a distinguished career in Major League Baseball (MLB). He debuted in the MLB with the Seattle Mariners in 2001 and subsequently played for teams like the Cleveland Indians and Texas Rangers. In 2021, he returned to the KBO League, joining the SSG Landers, and contributed to their championship victory, bringing immense joy to Korean baseball fans.
