Her husband, Choi Sung-wook, shared on social media that while both mother and babies are doing well, the newborns are currently in the NICU. He reassured fans that Kim Ji-hye is recovering, despite experiencing mild early symptoms of preeclampsia due to high blood pressure post-delivery.
The news comes after a previous announcement on the 8th detailing the emergency procedure due to premature rupture of membranes and bleeding. Kim Ji-hye and Choi Sung-wook, married in 2019, had announced their twin pregnancy via IVF in February.
