Ko Hyun-jung Saves Child Actor from Rushing Waves on Drama Set

Actress Ko Hyun-jung is receiving praise after a heartwarming incident on the set of the SBS drama 'The Scorpion: A Killer's Outing' where she rescued a child actor from a dangerous situation.

On the 8th, the mother of child actor Jo Se-woong shared a personal account on social media, revealing how Ko Hyun-jung saved her son. The incident occurred when the six-year-old Jo Se-woong, excited by the sea, ran towards the water, and a sudden, strong wave threatened to pull him in.

According to his mother, Ko Hyun-jung, who was nearby, immediately rushed to Jo Se-woong's aid, saving him from the powerful wave and holding him close. She expressed immense gratitude, stating, "She jumped in without hesitation, getting soaked herself, and hugged him tight. She was like an angel, playing with him even after filming wrapped up."

Ko Hyun-jung made her debut in 1989 as the first runner-up in the Miss Korea pageant. She has since become one of South Korea's most prominent actresses, starring in numerous hit dramas. Beyond her acting career, she is actively involved in various other endeavors.
