Broadcaster Hyun Young has become the talk of the town after revealing the staggering international school fees for her two children.

Appearing on the SBS variety show 'Shinbal Batgo Dolsingfor Man' aired on the 9th, Hyun Young disclosed that her children attend an international school located in Songdo. It's reported that the total tuition for one child, from kindergarten through high school, amounts to approximately 600 million won, bringing the combined cost for her two children to a colossal 1.2 billion won.

Hyun Young shared that parent-teacher conferences are conducted entirely in English due to the school's nature. She admitted to using translation apps or memorizing questions beforehand to navigate these conversations. Adding a humorous touch, she confessed to responding with a simple 'YES' even when unsure of the teacher's lengthy explanations.

During the broadcast, Hyun Young also touched upon her husband's family background, describing them as a 'prestigious Seoul National University family.' She recounted how warmly she was welcomed into the family, especially by her father-in-law, who reportedly showered her with affection from their first meeting. Hyun Young married her husband, who works in the finance sector and is four years her senior, in 2012 and they have a son and a daughter.

Hyun Young debuted in the entertainment industry in 2006, gaining immense popularity through the KBS comedy show 'Jalmotdoen Mannam.' She became a prominent figure on variety programs, known for her witty remarks and vibrant, healthy image.
