The 333rd episode of KBS Joy's 'Ask Anything,' airing today (15th) at 8:30 PM, features a guest who has spent an astonishing 140 million KRW (approximately $100,000 USD) on plastic surgery.

The guest shared their struggles, revealing a history of procedures including eye and nose surgeries, liposuction, facial contouring, fillers, lifting, and Botox treatments, expressing a desire to stop now.

It all began during their study abroad in the US at age 17, when a hurtful comment about their legs from a crush led to extreme dieting. Upon returning to Korea, they underwent their first double eyelid surgery with their mother's help, and subsequent nose surgery in college marked the start of a routine of cosmetic procedures.

Despite the significant changes to their appearance, the guest admitted to still feeling unsatisfied and anxious about perceived flaws, even receiving recommendations from clinics to cease further treatments.

In response, Seo Jang-hoon offered sincere advice, stating, "This seems to be your limit." He added, "I could tell you've had surgery even if you didn't say so. Your expression isn't natural at all." He strongly advised, "At best, just focus on skincare and stop now."

Lee Soo-geun also chimed in with encouragement, urging, "Change yourself through exercise or other means, not surgery. Changing your face doesn't change your essence." He concluded by emphasizing, "Love yourself."

The episode will also cover the story of an international couple dealing with a 17-year age gap and the concerns of a parent receiving minimal child support.

The guest, who invested a staggering 140 million KRW in cosmetic procedures, confessed to being deeply hurt by past appearance-related insults. They expressed a newfound desire to stop obsessing over their looks and learn to love themselves. Through the show, they declared a resolution to avoid plastic surgery clinics henceforth, committing to a healthier path.
