Im Soo-hyang Confesses Burnout, Begins Life Reset: 'Sold My Car Too'

Actress Im Soo-hyang has revealed that she is currently in the process of resetting her life after experiencing severe burnout.

In a YouTube video released on the 14th on the channel ‘Lim Soo-hyang’s Turtle and Dove’, Im Soo-hyang shared her current situation while preparing dog food, stating, “Aren’t I organizing my life right now?”

She confessed, “After receiving an award at the KBS Drama Awards last year and finishing the year successfully, I came home and suddenly experienced burnout. That’s when I started thinking a lot,” adding, “Last year was incredibly busy, and I even traveled to Antarctica for filming. So, I’ve developed a desire to live my life a bit more cleanly and compactly.”

Im Soo-hyang drew attention by admitting, “I sold my car too. I sold it to change everything. I felt like it had no meaning anymore.” Previously, Im Soo-hyang had boasted about her supercar on YouTube.

She candidly revealed her inner thoughts, drawing laughter, “To be honest, I want to throw everything away and buy everything new. Human greed seems endless.”

She continued, “I’m starting with organizing my clothes. I’m sorting them into items to donate, discard, or sell at a flea market, but I’ve already started picking things back up,” sharing a bittersweet reality.

Notably, while organizing her jeans, she had a playful argument with a staff member, exclaiming, “Jeans are my life’s best! The fit and color are all different,” before finally shouting, “I’m not doing it!” which caused bursts of laughter.
