Comedian Kim Byung-man Celebrates New Beginning with a Heartwarming Wedding Ceremony

Comedian Kim Byung-man has officially embarked on a new chapter in his life, marked by a joyous wedding ceremony surrounded by his children.

The ceremony, held on the 20th at the Floating Island of Hangang Semitseom in Seocho-gu, Seoul, saw Kim Byung-man tie the knot with his non-celebrity bride, Hyun Eun-jae, in a private affair attended by both families and close relatives.

His longtime friend, comedian Lee Soo-geun, officiated the wedding, while singers KCM and Choo Dae-yeop delivered heartfelt congratulatory songs, adding to the celebratory atmosphere. The bride, Hyun Eun-jae, captivated guests with her elegant yet stunning see-through wedding gown. Notably, she stood significantly taller than Kim Byung-man, drawing attention. His son and daughter, dressed in formal tuxedos and dresses, also graced the occasion, making the ceremony even more special and touching.

Kim Byung-man's past marital journey involved a marriage registered in 2010 with his ex-wife, whom he had legally separated from since 2012, eventually finalizing their divorce in 2023. Allegations of domestic violence during the divorce proceedings were investigated, but both police and prosecution concluded with a 'not guilty' ruling.

Kim Byung-man had previously revealed his deep affection for his new family, including his future wife and children, on the TV Chosun program 'Lovers of Joseon.' He affectionately referred to his new family unit as his 'Savior,' emphasizing how his children have been his strength and support.

Kim Byung-man had previously adopted his ex-wife's daughter as his own when they married in 2010. A court later granted his petition for the termination of this adoption. He has spoken openly about how his children have been instrumental in helping him overcome challenges and rebuild his life.
