The track impressively ranked high on the YouTube Trending Charts in 21 countries and regions, including the United States, the UK, and Japan, highlighting XG's worldwide popularity.

On the music streaming platform Spotify, 'GALA' also secured a spot on the 'New Music Friday' playlist in 21 regions globally, showcasing its strong impact on music charts. The music video itself features XG's unique high-fashion performance, captivating fans worldwide with its visual appeal.

Prominent international media outlets, such as The Hollywood Reporter and StyleCaster, have also taken notice of 'GALA.' In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, member Maya expressed confidence, stating, "'GALA' was inspired by the Met Gala. We tried many new things in choreography, music, and fashion, and I'm so happy we can show it to you." Cocona also mentioned their dedication to performance, noting, "For this song, we attempted voguing, breakdancing, and acrobatics."
