Broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo has candidly shared the driving force behind his extensive work.

Attending the production presentation for the new variety show ‘Uri-deurui Ballade’ (Our Ballad) on the 23rd at the SBS building in Mok-dong, Seoul, Jun Hyun-moo addressed questions about his prolific career.

‘Uri-deurui Ballade’ is an audition program searching for new voices to reinterpret beloved ballads from the past. On this day, Jun Hyun-moo joined as a member of ‘Top Baek Gwi’ (Top 100 Ballads), taking on yet another program.

He humorously stated, "The driving force might sound sad, but it's because I don't have a personal life. It's 'How Do You Play?'" He further elaborated, "I feel like my life is being filled through broadcasting. They give me dating rumors, hypnotize me. I'm very happy living in a world where I don't know if it's virtual or real."

Regarding his frequent hosting of audition programs, he explained, "I get addicted to the earnest gazes, the feeling of remembering my initial intentions, and the energy." Recalling his past efforts to appear on real-time search rankings, he confessed, "It felt so good. ‘Uri-deurui Ballade’ makes me feel that even more. Broadcasting doesn't feel like stress; rather, I seem to gain energy from it, and that becomes my driving force."

Meanwhile, SBS’s ‘Uri-deurui Ballade,’ featuring Jun Hyun-moo, premieres on the 23rd at 9 PM.

Jun Hyun-moo transitioned to a freelance broadcaster after debuting as a KBS announcer in 2006 and has been actively engaged in various fields. With his signature witty remarks and proficient hosting skills, he has established himself as a 'reliable MC' through numerous variety shows, radio programs, and commercials. He is currently receiving widespread public affection for his ubiquitous presence on shows like 'I Live Alone' and other entertainment programs.
